Orders
a. By placing an order with Dix Mondu Frère, you declare that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  1. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, suspicion of fraud, or inappropriate behavior.
  2. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors may slightly differ from the actual products due to variations in screen settings. We do not guarantee that the displayed colors exactly match the actual colors of the products.

Prices and Payments
a. All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  1. Payments must be made at the time of the order. We accept payments through the accepted payment methods listed on our website.
  2. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order or adjust the price. If the price has already been paid, we will notify you and arrange a refund.

Shipping and Delivery
a. We strive to ship your order within a reasonable time frame. The estimated delivery time is stated during the ordering process, but please note that these estimates are indicative.

  1. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third parties, such as courier services or customs authorities.
  2. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the products immediately upon receipt and report any damage or defects to us within 48 hours.
  3. Dix Mondu Frère does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Returns and Refunds
a. We offer a return policy for unworn and undamaged products within a reasonable time after receipt. Please refer to our return policy on our website for detailed instructions and any exceptions. Products must be returned in the original packaging with the hangtags attached.

  1. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned products. Any shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

a. All intellectual property rights related to our products, logos, designs, images, and other materials remain the property of Dix Mondu Frère. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our express written permission.

Shipping Costs: Within the Netherlands, shipping to the customer is free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We do not provide return labels or reimburse any shipping costs incurred by the customer.
